Customer was interested in monitoring corrosion on their distillation unit piping to compare 12:00 & 6:00 areas.

Application

  • 6” line, operating at <620F

Product Used

smartPIMS cellular w/ HT probes

  • 1 smartPIMS cellular systems w/ 2 HT probes
  • Monitoring interval: every 6 hours
  • HT probe mounted temporarily as they will be moving them to different 6” circuits
  • DSIs mounted on an existing L-bracked w/ unistrut

Outcome
